I had suffered with a clicking jaw which sometimes locked, along with head and back aches for a number of years. Very little eased it especially the jaw, and I had been wearing a bite guard at night which relaxed the muscles but gave little long-term relief. By accident, I came across Radiance in St Agnes. After my first appointment I knew it would make a difference as I had total release to jaw, head, and neck muscles from the different techniques that Helen used. You will be amazed even after one session. Looking forward to my 3rd session now, as it has been a long month since the last with lots of stress and now muscle/joint tension. This is an absolutely genuine review, for a treatment that really will make a difference. I had been comtemplating surgical investigation recently, but not any more. Try Radiance Massage Therapy before you also consider looking into that. 5 star treatment !
Recommendations by friends can usually go both ways. In my case the recommendation went beyond my expectation. Having been back and for to the doctors, having this test and that trying to find what was going on with me and slowly slipping into an anxious state. I tried Helen. I am normally a sceptical person but who'd have thought pressing parts of your feet could alleviate stomach issues. Or massaging inside your mouth could alleviate an ear problem. She was well informed and explained every procedure before she started. Couldn't recommend her highly enough!!

Its a nice little shop with kind staff and good foods available. Good pasty selection.
Small, or compact shall we say, but sells the essentials, and the overrun staff do a sterling job!

Have visited before and have always enjoyed it. Top floor room with a view right down to the cove and the surf. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is always good with a range of choices which are cooked for you. Staff always friendly and courteous and the newly refurbished "Starboard" ( was the pool room) is great if there are a group of you.
I've been keen to visit this pub again for years, in the hope of sitting in the main (Geoff's, according to the sign) bar after only finding space in a big room to the side on my last visit over 10 years ago. We found a table facing the bar this time, the atmosphere was good with friendly staff and the ales brewed on site were excellent. An array of guest ales on both cask and keg were also available. Interior decor is cosy and the sort of place you want to be when the weather's terrible outside! Also provided is a cash machine which is free to use. Overall, a great pub with great beers.
